The Founder of Value Point Valuations, Charlene Castillo, began her appraisal career in 1980 after graduating from the University of Arizona with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. Overtime she has completed appraisal on all types of real estate with her Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License. These included commercial and residential properties of all types, land, subdivision appraisals including feasibility studies, condemnation appraisals and estate appraisals. Charlene has also worked in the lending arena as a Director of an Appraisal Management Company. Value Point Valuations differentiates itself by utilizing this expertise combined with the most up to date technology, incorporated into a team concept, to produce the highest quality appraisal in the most timely manner possible.
